Shipping

New Zealand:

We offer FREE nationwide shipping within New Zealand on all online retail orders — all day, every day.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us. While we aim to deliver within 1–5 working days, public holidays, weekends, payment clearance times, or unexpected delays may impact delivery.

Australia:

  • Economy Shipping: $15 NZD (7–14 working days)

  • Express Shipping: $35 NZD (max 5 working days)

Rest of the World:

  • International Shipping: $25 NZD (approx. 7-14 working days)

All orders are shipped via signature-required courier and dispatched from Whanganui, New Zealand. Your order will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. If you require urgent delivery, please get in touch — we’re happy to help!

If a P.O. Box address is provided, we’ll contact you to request an alternative. This may result in a delay with your delivery.

Warranty
We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that any faulty items will be repaired or replaced. Please note, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. For proper care instructions, refer to our Jewellery Care Guide in the FAQs section.

Returns/Refunds
Orders may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  The item must be returned at your expense, and we recommend a signature guaranteed courier service to protect you from loss.

To complete your return, you must contact Simply Italian at info@simplyitalian.co.nz to arrange a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
There are no refunds on sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@simplyitalian.co.nz

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product by signature guaranteed courier to: 
28 Churton Street, Whanganui, 4541, New Zealand.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How Do I Best Care for My Simply Italian Pieces? - Each Simply Italian piece is lovingly handmade in Italy - crafted with care and meant to be cherished. To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend the following care tips:

  • Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or using cleaning products.
  • Apply hairspray, perfume, or lotions before putting on your jewellery.
  • Avoid wearing pieces while sleeping, exercising, blow-drying your hair, or during beauty treatments.
  • Do not use jewellery cleaners or abrasive materials, as they may damage the finish.

With a little extra care, your Simply Italian treasures will stay beautiful for years to come.

How do I make an order?Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your shipping details, after this click ‘continue to shipping’ where you will then click ‘continue to payment’. Either enter your credit card details to pay for your chosen items or we also offer Afterpay.

How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card?When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your details safely. You can also pay by Afterpay.

Payment Options On checkout you can either opt to pay by credit card or Afterpay. Credit card transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped on the same or next working day (no orders are sent or delivered on weekends).

How much is shipping?We ship free of charge within New Zealand, nationwide for all retail orders. International orders require additional costs and depend on the destination. Please contact our support team for more info.

Do you wholesale? - Yes we do. Please contact us for more info about our terms.

A product I want is out of stock, when will it be back? If a product is out of stock, it has likely been reordered and on its way from Italy. It can take 1-3 months until the product will be back in stock. Please email us if you would like an item to be placed on backorder for you. Please contact our support team for more info to get more specific details.

Do you sell gift cards?Yes we do - They are great gifts for your friends & family. All gift cards are sold non-refundable, returnable, or redeemable for cash. They cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. All gift cards purchased through the website have a 3 year validity on them from purchase. Gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.

Can I get a refund? Yes, orders may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Please check our Refund policy page for T&Cs. 

How do I become a VIP customer? As soon as you’ve made two purchases with us, you’re in! VIPs enjoy exclusive perks like special deals and early access to our sales - just our way of saying thanks to our returning customers.
